Meet the Speakers

Solomon O. Aroboto

is not only a distinguished town planner but also holds the distinction of being the first Nigerian and black man to be employed as a town planner in Ireland. His educational journey led him to attain a postgraduate degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England, Bristol, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence and dedication to urban development.

Kazeem Ojoye, the founder of the AYEESS INITIATIVE, he is a Naturalized German born in Nigeria, he later attended secondary and higher education in Germany after he arrived in 1990. Kazeem studied Informatic (Computer engineering) at the Technical University of Munich TUM and worked for international and large Enterprises like BMW Group, UNICREDIT Bank and presently he is a Senior IT Solution Architect at SKY (ComCast).

At Impact Initiative, we believe in empowering people, Africans, migrants, and people from different backgrounds through events on intercultural education, music, networking, collaborating. We provide education, information, coaching, and counseling to amplify the possibilities of creating a job or business, promoting integration and self-help in our society (Deutschland.)
